MEETINGS & COMMUNICATION

The following is the mechanism for the various communications channels through which meetings are available. It should be noted that this website (www.n17knockcollooney.ie) will provide all available information on the processes and on the options developed. It should in this regard be utilised in the first instance.

  • Monday the 30th August, Wednesday the 01st September & Friday the 03rd September;
  • Every Monday & Thursday from the 06th of September.

Available on request and scheduled subject to availability. Meetings will take place using Web Facilities where possible.

Physical Meetings will be accommodated where necessary. Group attendees will strictly be limited to a maximum of 3 individuals per group.

Physical meetings will also be restricted to a maximum of 3 people per group, reduced as appropriate to comply with COVID-19 guidance which may be current at any particular time.

HOTEL DISPLAY

For those unable to adequately access information online, or, for those who specifically wish to meet with the project team, 4 no. dates have been arranged where the design team will be available to further discuss the process and options (please note that pre-booking is essential for these meetings). FURTHER DATES ANNOUNCED

In response to public demand, Sligo County Council have added two further meeting dates to the consultation process for the refined Feasible Options (The ‘Short List’).

These meeting dates are intended to be primarily for representatives of community groups but may also facilitate some individual cases. Further information available at https://n17knockcollooney.ie/pc3-further-meeting-dates/. Venues, dates and times include:

Slots will be limited to a maximum time of 20 minutes. Booking is strictly by appointment

Each booking should be accompanied by an Eircode.

A range of standard COVID-19 compliance procedures shall be in place on the day. This will include the signing of COVID-19 declaration forms upon arrival (the public are asked in this regard to bring their own pens).

Please also note: You will be required to be in attendance 10 minutes before your assigned time;

Slots will be strictly limited to a maximum of 3 people per display point (in addition to 1 member of the Project Team);
